Roland lives with his wife Charlene in the Songhees area on the inner harbour.
He has 5 children and 10 grandchildren.
He is very pleased to have a second generation Stillings, his oldest son Jeremy, a partner in his Real Estate Practice.
Roland is a Black Belt in the Martial Art of "Tae Kwon-Do".
He enjoys skiing, fishing, camping, motorcycle riding and most outdoor activities.
He loves selling Real Estate and enjoys the chance to meet and get to know the diverse group of people who form his clientele, many of whom have become good friends.
He is a very hard working, focused, honest and sincere person with a strong desire to serve his clients well.

Jeremy currently lives in Langford with his wife Jennifer and his two sons Jett 10 and Tristan 5.
Jeremy has graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He achieved first class standing all 4 years of attendance, and was a member of the Dean's list his final year.
Jeremy is a Black Belt in both Kung-Fu and Kempo and spent several years teaching and competing in Kung-Fu and Kickboxing.
He is an avid outdoors enthusiast and loves mountain biking, snowboarding, fishing and camping.
